Ways to pay

We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are shown in £sterling. UK legislation is applicable to all sales.

Postage & Packing

The charge for package and posting is FREE per delivery address in the UK. All items are despatched by Special Delivery Next Day. For delivery to Europe, orders are despatched by Airsure and charged at £10. The Rest of the World orders are despatched by UPS and charged at £40.

Delivery

Subject to availability we are able to deliver items within seven days of receipt of order.

Out of stock items

If an item is temporarily out of stock please contact us and we will be able to give you information about when the product will be available.

Returns policy

If you wish to return any jewellery ordered, it must be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All goods must be returned complete as you received them. Please ensure that you read our product care information as we cannot refund or exchange if goods have been damaged due to lack of product care.

All jewellery must be returned by registered post in the UK and by UPS/Fedex for Europe and Worldwide orders. You will be required to pay for the return delivery charge if you simply change your mind. We cannot take responsibility for non arrival of goods unless sent as stated. If you receive goods that are damaged, please inform us within five days of receiving them.

Conformity of goods

While we take care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct as seen, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the software used by you.

Sale

Goods offered at sale price by Bijoux Box will have been on sale at a higher price for a period of no less than 28 consecutive days, in the last six months. Customers who purchase goods within the sale period are entitled to a full refund within 28 days of receipt of the product providing the goods are in the condition received (see above, returns policy).

Safety and Security

We know that security is a concern to customers. This is why we use the Paypal system, to collect the data we need to despatch items and to provide a secure gateway for customers to make a payment. Please read their privacy policy for further explanation on how they use your data and the security measures they take. Privacy

We require your name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit number and card expiry date in order to process your order and to notify you about details of despatch. A contact telephone number is also required if we ever need to speak to you about any problems with your order. Your details will not be passed onto any third party, by Bijoux Box, for marketing or any other purposes.

When you input your details you can choose to be sent notice of special offers or any other correspondence from Bijoux Box via e-mail. If you want take this option you can tick the box on the contact us page. If at any time you no longer wish to receive mailings from us please e-mail us and we will remove your details from our records.

When it comes to making a payment you will use the Paypal system. After inputting your details but before paying there is a chance to read their extensive privacy and security information if you wish to do so.
